Case Management

Our goal is to provide confident direction and customizable levels of support. By being direct points of stable contact, we are always there in times of crisis or elation. Case Management provides assistance and direction with appropriate life skills, and we are there to help guide and create appropriate boundaries. Case Management services are billed based on the level of service provided and may include travel, airfare, pharmacy, drug testing, or other expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

 

Care Companions

Companions are used to assist Case Management clients or provide standalone transport services. This option can be billed on a daily, half-day, or hourly basis. Additional costs may include travel, airfare, meals, and lodging for client and staff.

Marlowe Markov, CADC I, Case Manager

Helping people has long been a personal passion for Marlowe Markov, so it was a natural progression to make that his profession as well. He has worked as a case manager and substance abuse counselor for the National Hockey League and Dan Cronin Consulting. As a case manager at Broad Beach Recovery Center and Meadows Continuity Case Management, he is able to make sure people get the support they need in every aspect of their lives as it pertains to their ongoing recovery.

Josh Saunders, CAC, Case Manager

As a pro soccer player, Joshua Saunders was able to travel the world. Through his own struggles as a professional athlete, he came to understand the importance of addiction and mental health treatment as well as the impact it has on the individual and those around them. These experiences that inspired him to want to help others in their journey, serving as a constant and stable contact for those in need by offering both mental and physical guidance.
